2010 Naish Charger Kite Complete
The Charger incorporates Geo Tech seam shaping into a Delta outline to redefine stability, low-end power and ease of relaunch. The charger is a kite for All-Terrain riders who require effortless water relaunch and added low-end lift. Naish's exclusive Geo Tech construction provides the Delta profile with incredible stability and handling, unlike other Delta kites, which are prone to instability, the charger fuses two key design principles to maintain a solid wing structure in any wind condition...from light & variable to shifting & gusty. Geo Tech magically enhances the Delta concept by drastically improving stability and handling. The charger was modeled after the cult's proven All-Terrain performance, with added focus on auto-launch accessibility. The end result is an All-Terrain kite incredibly smooth turning, light wind lift and unmatched water relaunchability. it's unique design coupled with Naish's proven quality in construction, and the world's #1 control system make it an ideal choice for all freeride kiters.

2010 Naish Universal Control System
The 2010 Naish Charger comes complete with Naish's 2010 Universal Control System. Riders of all levels, from pros to newcomers, will all gain substantial advantages from the new Naish Universal Control System. The Naish 2010 Universal Control System has a new front line configuration. The front lines now have a 3m single line to a Y point. The front flagging leash system has been improved and weight saved by removing the stainless Centre Line Organizer and Swivel. The 3m single centre line split allows the removal of heavy parts and allows the front line flagging leash and optional 5th Line Kit to function efficiently. The Naish Control bar comes standard with the Smart Loop, auto-orienting sheeting loop, and optional sliding stopper. The result is a simple and functional control system that provides the rider with greater confidence in its functionality in all situations. With a greatly improved “through the bar” front line leash system, and new larger floaters, the 2010 Universal Control System is more streamlined and functional than ever before. All kite sizes can be flown with the same bar.

"Just had a quick go on the beach today with the Naish Charger 7m2, wind was 8-12kn checked with two wind meters. I just have to say that is a perfect kite for us, super stable (even unhooked), relaunch was just as easy as to take the kite out the bag! Bar and kite just like every other Naish kite, brilliant. I'm really looking forward to use it!"

NAISH CHARGER FEATURES
Geo-Tech
Straight LE segments between the struts that provide constant tension on the canopy in order to form perfect foil definition. It maintains an extremely stable foil profile at any flying angle. The result is an unbelievably smooth and stable kite with superior control at the higher end of the wind range.
Low Drag Wind Tip
This wing tip geometry reduces the overall surface on the non lifting portion and greatly reduces drag. the more efficient the lift/drag ratio becomes, the faster the wing tip can move throuhg the air, which allows the kite to be both quicker and more responsive through turns.
Geo-tech Generated C-Shape
The mix of C-shape characteristics coupled with the stability and canopy tension of Geo-Tech construction. the center of the kite is flat with a large angle at the S2 strut. This improves turning by allowing the kite to twist at the S2 position, while keeping the center section of the canopy with clean airflow for consistent power in the turn.
Direct Response Steering
The angle of attack on the wing tips has been increased to keep them more actively engaged. When bar input is added, the wingtip instantly reacts and produces drag, while the opposite wingtip instantly accelerates which creates quuicker turning. Relaunch is also optimized as the lines hang to the inside of the kite and have less chance of becoming wrapped around the wing tip.
Delta Outline
Auto-Relaunch allow the kite to naturally roll on its side and move to the edge of the wind window, waiting for the riders input to launch
NAISH KITEBOARDING QUALITY CONSTRUCTION
From bladders to stitching, every Naish kite has been meticulously checked to pass the highest quality control in the industry. Every detail is checked over before the kite leaves the factory to produce a product you can trust.
Molded Trailing Edge Reinforcement:
Optimal trailing edge protection with a molded reinforcement at the end of each strut.
Aramid Patches:
Patches along leading edge segments to protect the seams.
Molded Bumpers:
Large thermo-molded bumpers which wrap further around the leading edge to improve seam protection when landing and launching the kite.
Vertical Seam Struts:
A reduction in the number of pieces used in the struts means more precision in defining the canopy profile. The seams are also reinforced with an extra layer of webbing and double zig-zag stitches to avoid breakage.
New Dacron Trailing Edge:
All Naish kites have a 100% Dacron trailing edge for enhanced durability.
New Reinforced Strut Zippers:
A double Velcro flat enclosure ensures that the zipper will not fail under load.
New Improved Velcro Closure:
The deflation valve on the leading edge of all Naish kites have a double velcro closure system to keep them closed during impact.
Load Spread Wing Tip Construction:
All wing tips are designed with seams running parallel to the load generated by the flying lines. These seams carry most of the load and spread it higher into the canopy. This construction avoids fatigue on the fabric and in the wing tip area, without adding weight.
2-Piece Leading Edge:
This construction provides better twist control of the leading edge and improves turning performance.
Litewave Spirit Kiteboard Complete
The Spirit is the result of testing over 80 boards this season in a collaborative effort between myself and Tarifa board guru, Tad Ciastula. Development of the Spirit was initiated with a mission to make the most high performance freestyle board possible while keeping it light, strong, a good value, and an appearance that highlighted the Kapok wood core. Later in the development, we went for larger sizes that are geared for more light wind and/or bigger riders.
The smooth ride and massive pop are really the standout feature, but the one that you will notice first is the construction. The wood core with highlighting graphics really grab your eye.
Litewave Spirit includes: Deck, Litewave Hybrid Lace Up Straps/Pads, Fins, Handle
The Spirit has a overall thin profile with thin rails that really grab and allow you to get upwind and go fast. Deck contours gradually thin out the tips while torsion-bar convolutions in the deck let the board flex length-wise but not tortionlly. Selective Flex lets the board ride smoothly and initiate turns easily, but not let your tip flex sideways therefore changing the fin angle. You want it to be stiff tortionally so you don’t lose grip. The wood core is super nice for ‘load and pop’, too.
We have made the Spirit so that the 132 will allow a top-level competitive rider get the most performance, but any rider will appreciate the smooth control, great pop and upwind ability of these boards. The 144 is a perfect first board for any rider.

"The blend of composite materials and wood together with an extensively performance-tested design will make you feel totally in control and give you the confidence to take it to the next level; whatever your level. Oh yea, it screams upwind so you can spend more time throwing the big moves."
"The tortion-bar suspension is really unique. Everybody has tip-flex, but the Spirit has tip-flex that only flexes in one plane. This gives a lot more performance. The type of wood we are using is also very unique. Kapok is a Thai wood that has excellent properties in terms of weight, flexibility and bonding."
LiteWave Hybrid Lace-Up Sandal
The Hybrid Lace-up Sandal is just that. A 6” wide lace-up section covers more of your foot; more like a binding than a footstrap. The pad is soft and superbly contoured to keep your heel locked in, form-fit your arch, and a toe-shelf lets you really hang on with your toes. Cool thing is that the lace-up part uniquely attaches to the footpad independently of the screw that holds it down to the board. This makes it super easy to attach and remove. Shop techs will appreciate this. The Hybrid Lace-Up Sandal comes standard on all Litewave twin-tip boards or is available separately.
