The Waist Harness Kit simply clips (hooks) on the bottom of your waist harness to stabilize and keep the CU2Pack in place. It includes two specially designed stainless steel clips (hooks), straps, and buckles for clipping into the backpack. It's very easy to assemble by just clipping in and hooking on.
