It was easy to do with the stick on valves using the old bladder to line up valve locations, only two valves needed.
Pulled in from end to end
Now THIS is a bladder!

No comparison to the piece of **** 'orange' bladder. Kiteboarding.com sent me this replacement - no charge. Slides in soo much easier. No problems with this one. Spreading the word locally, and will purchase here from now on. Jeff, Thanks for your taking care of me.

i was shocked how light the bladder was it's lighter then the stock bladder and it's my second time buying a tuff bladder

Finally a bladder that is stronger than the original. I have changed the bladder and all struts, by now no issues.
