The Sky Free SLS is a very popular model amongst ambitious wingers in lighter wind conditions. Its early planing rocker and easy take-off combined with a balanced ride and compact feel found a huge amount of fans within the large group of intermediate level wing foilers and heavier riders of advanced level.

For 2024 our design team implemented slight rail bevels, which not only give the rails more clearance in tight gybes, tacks or carves in small waves, the bottom contours also follow a more parallel outline through the mid-section improving the glide and making the pumping of the board out and up onto the foil even easier.

The deck recess and high-volume nose offer great stability during starts, landings or when not in flight-mode. Our two Sky Free SLS models come in our Strong ? Light ? Superior Carbon PVC Sandwich construction with additional rail and heel reinforcements to not only guarantee earliest flight, but also safe and solid landings for those taking their riding to the next level.

The Sky Style is amongst the most popular shapes out there when it comes to progressive Wing Foiling. Our design team has built on this success and refined the shapes with new features and an extra size adding even greater range to the new Sky Style SLS.

The base concept of extra rocker for highly responsive and intuitive reactions through increased leverage over the pitch of your foil is the heart of the Sky Style, making it incredibly balanced and fun to ride from flatwater to solid surf. The higher nose doesn?t only give you extra room to load up for jumps; in combination with its high volume, it recovers incredibly easy even from steep landings. The deck recess of the Sky Style SLS offers a very balanced platform not only for starts, but also to sink these shapes in a controlled way for those riders using volumes below their body weight.

For 2024 we?ve increased the rail bevels on all Sky Style SLS shapes and pulled them way back, which adds higher clearance in the surf allowing the rider to draw tighter lines. By fading these bevels out towards nose and tail we?ve straightened the bottom contours improving the glide and the ability to pump these boards out of the water with an easier release.

The 45L Sky Style SLS 4'5" has been moved over from the Sky Surf range and adapted to the shapes of the Sky Style SLS. It?s the next level machine for all lighter wing champs!

The layup features two layers of carbon on the top and two on the bottom. One layer is CompFlex 4T5 carbon with 45 degree angled fibers for optimal torsion flex, which makes the board stiffer in heel to toe direction. This is topped with a brand news HMX-CF3 carbon which gives the board strength along the length of the board. The HMX-CF3 carbon is the thinnest, lightest and highest tensile strength carbon material.

The freedom is indescribable, touring your lagoon or coast with no regard to wind direction on your SLC ? a carbon and aluminum hybrid hydrofoil with options to suit every foiler. The SLC Foil is light as full carbon. Yet, it's more durable. Carbon?s anisotropic properties make aluminum a better allround choice for the mast. What should I choose? You have two wing and mast options. Wing choice is a matter of personal preference. Yes, it?s really that easy to silently glide around in virtually no wind. The freedom is indescribable, touring your lagoon or coast with no regard to wind direction on your SLC ? a carbon and aluminum hybrid hydrofoil with options to suit every foiler. With every detail and material choice thoroughly tested, it brings newfound confidence to surf spots and freestyle slicks.

The SLC Foil is light as full carbon. Yet, it's more durable. Carbon?s anisotropic properties make aluminum a better allround choice for the mast. Our mast weighs about the same as carbon and better resists bending. The same properties make carbon the better choice for wings. Our high performance, featherweight wings feature a balanced and comfortable ride with self stabilizing tips.

What should I choose? You have two wing and mast options. Wing choice is a matter of personal preference. Surf foilers will tend to ride the bigger wing while freefoilers and lighter riders will gravitate towards the smaller wing. New foilers and wave riders should consider the 71cm mast whereas the 92cm mast is our allrounder.

The second line is attached to the steering flying line and creates another attachment point on the wingtip of the leading edge. This further supports the wingtip structure, so the kite is more stable in gusty conditions and when overpowered. This line also offers two settings of the kite: soft and hard. Selecting the soft setting knot, the Sculp has less bar pressure, turns slower and is more forgiving. On the hard setting knot, the bar pressure increases, the kite is more reactive, feels sportier and turns faster.

Hover Wing Foil Carbon Ultra - Wing-Surfing/Foil SUP

Our last generation of Hover Wing Foil boards instantly set the standard in design, construction, and weight for the category. This new range of boards is perfectly suited for wing surfing, or to be used as a SUP foil board, SUP downwind foil board, or prone foil surf. Changes include a more overall rail curve in the outline, slightly narrower tail, increased nose rocker, and more pronounced bottom shaping and concave. Multiple foot strap insert positions, including wider stance options, give riders the opportunity to choose between a windsurfing style, double front strap setup, or a single surf style setup. The 60 L, 50 L, and 40 L boards are well suited for surf foiling. The rocker is perfectly balanced so the board flies smoothly parallel to the water surface. Track boxes have been moved further back to better match with the multitude of different foils that riders may pair with the boards. The increased tail kick behind foil boxes combined with the beveled rail guarantees easy take-offs and sufficient clearance in turns.

Hybrid Delta Bow shape takes advantage of both worlds and results in the most versatile and easy to use kite we ever made. Light at the bar with a very intuitive feel, gradual pull and large depower.

With an eight point short fixed bridle the Sculp is fine tuned for kite loops. It turns quick with a small turning radius, good tension in the lines, and a nice catch after a kite loop. Combining the new shape and bridle, the Sculp offers good amounts of pop, drift, and slack in the lines for unhooking.

The Sculp has had a major makeover in 2021 with a completely new shape that moved the kite a class up in performance. This year, our designers implemented a brand new lightweight TerTex material. It is two times stronger than our Triplex triple ripstop and at the same time TerTex is forty percent lighter than the Dacron material we use. TerTex is applied in strategic areas of the kite in order to save weight, but at the same time, maintain a rigid and durable frame of the kite. Our designers found TerTex perfectly suitable for all struts, wingtips of the canopy and canopy reinforcement over the central strut. In these areas, TerTex replaced Dacron and for example 2022 Sculp 12m kite is 0,3 kg lighter than the 2021 version.

This makes a big difference in how the kite performs. Lighter kites move faster through the air, are easier to relaunch and turn quicker. It also increases the wind range, as low end performance is increased, because the kite is still able to fly in lighter winds.

With the weight reduction the bridle needed to be redesigned to squeeze the best possible performance and take full advantage of the weight savings. The canopy is again more refined with reduced number of panels.

• TerTex - TerTex is a brand new material used on all 2022 CrazyFly kites. Applied on all struts, wingtips and over the central strut of all 2022 CrazyFly kites, TerTex radically reduces kite weight. • Triplex - Brand new and exclusive to CrazyFly, we introduced Triplex, the most advanced ripstop material on the market. Triplex has by far the best strength to weight ratio and with triple coating its durability is unmatched. The coating protects the fabric from UV rays, salt and abrasive objects, such as sand. Triple coating and three ripstop yarns ensure the lowest possible elongation and deterioration of the material till date.

Design Features:

• Reinforced Cross LE Seam - Each panel of the leading has a reinforced LE seam with an extra layer of heavy duty dacron. This makes up for four total dacron layers on the seam in horizontal direction. This reinforcement does not cross the vertical seams, as these already have four layers of dacron which save weight and creates even load distribution on all leading edge seams.
• Back Line Attach Points - We moved the back lines attach points directly to the leading edge of the kite. The new attach point position puts less pressure on the canopy and creates a much more direct response and faster turning of the kite.
• TerTex - TerTex is two times stronger than our Triplex triple ripstop and forty percent lighter than the Dacron material we use. Used on all struts and wingtips of all 2022 CrazyFly kites, TerTex radically reduces kite weight. Lighter kites have better low end, move faster through the air, are easier to relaunch and turn quicker.
• Double Layer Trailing Edge - Double layer of Triplex triple Ripstop on the trailing edge reduces the weight of the kite compared to traditionally used heavyweight materials. At the same time it creates even tension of the trailing edge and reduces flap. A smooth minimalistic solution with weight saving and increased product longevity.
• Eco Packaging - We are extremely proud to have over 98% of our product packaging from recycled paper. In the last few years we have been working hard on this and have replaced almost all plastic packaging with paper. All kites and boards have zero plastic packaging and come in recyclable boxes.
• Airlock Valve - The Airlock valve brings easy and quick inflation & deflation of the kite. For added convenience the pump hose connects under the valve with a simple half twist motion and stays securely connected during the whole inflation process.
• Arptex - Arptex sits at the top of abrasion resistant polyamide textiles. This high tech fabric made in Italy can handle plenty of abuse without getting damaged. The official number is 100 000 contacts with abrasive surface before the material starts deteriorating. This is why we selected Arptex as the most suitable material to protect CrazyFly kites in the most abused areas and increase the size of the Arptex Shields.

The 2022 Hyper continues to go in the direction of modern kites: weight is reduced while strength and performance are improved. The new Hyper received a major upgrade, as our designers implemented a brand new lightweight TerTex material. It is two times stronger than our Triplex triple ripstop and at the same time TerTex is forty percent lighter than the Dacron material we use. TerTex is applied in strategic areas of the kite in order to save weight, but at the same time, maintain a rigid and durable frame of the kite. Our designers found TerTex perfectly suitable for all struts, wingtips of the canopy and canopy reinforcement over the central strut. In these areas, TerTex replaced Dacron and the 2022 Hyper 12m weighs 3,7 kg instead of 4 kg on the 2021 Hyper 12m.

This makes a big difference in how the kite performs. Lighter kites move faster through the air, are easier to relaunch and turn quicker. It also increases the wind range, as low end performance is increased, because the kite is still able to fly in lighter winds.

With the weight reduction the bridle needed to be redesigned to squeeze the best possible performance and take full advantage of the weight savings. Bar pressure is reduced and the new Hyper has a much more fluent feel to it. The canopy is again more refined with reduced number of panels. Leading edge seams reinforcements were moved inside of the leading edge for increased strength and cleaner closing seam.

These aspects were all improved, while the hangtime and lift of the Hyper stayed untouched and we all know how amazing it is.

Design:

• Delta Bow Shape - This shape is a mixture of Delta and Bow shapes taking advantages of both. It offers lots of depower and boosting power on demand, automatic relaunch and maximum airtime. The Delta Bow shape is easy to control with low to medium bar pressure. This shape is ideal for riders looking for powered freeriding, big air jumps and hooked in freestyle.
• 5 Strut Design - The five strut design creates a very strong and sturdy frame for the canopy and is much needed for kites with longer wingspan, such as Delta Bow shaped kites. For high performance big air kites, like the Hyper, it is crucial for the kite to keep its shape and this is best achieved with the support of five struts.
• Dacron frame - With introduction of TerTex material, the Dacron frame has been completely redesigned. Heave duty Dacron leading edge and wintip reinforcements create the backbone of all CrazyFly kites. The heavy duty Dacron frame ensures the best strength to weight ratio and makes the kite much more rigid, correctly shaped, stronger and durable. This results in amazing flight stability, more dynamic reactions to rider input and explosive boosts.
• TerTex - TerTex is a brand new material used on all 2022 CrazyFly kites. It is two times stronger than our Triplex triple ripstop and at the same time TerTex is forty percent lighter than the Dacron material we use. Applied on all struts, wingtips and over the central strut of all 2022 CrazyFly kites, TerTex radically reduces kite weight. Lighter kites have better low end, move faster through the air, are easier to relaunch and turn quicker. TerTex also increases the wind range, as low end performance is increased, because the lighter kite is still able to fly in lighter winds.
• R3 Triplex Ripstop - Triplex - Brand new and exclusive to CrazyFly, we introduced Triplex, the most advanced ripstop material on the market. Triplex has by far the best strength to weight ratio and with triple coating its durability is unmatched. The coating protects the fabric from UV rays, salt and abrasive objects, such as sand. Triple coating and three ripstop yarns ensure the lowest possible elongation and deterioration of the material till date.

Design Features:

• TerTex - TerTex is two times stronger than our Triplex triple ripstop and forty percent lighter than the Dacron material we use. Used on all struts and wingtips of all 2022 CrazyFly kites, TerTex radically reduces kite weight. Lighter kites have better low end, move faster through the air, are easier to relaunch and turn quicker.
• Double Layer Trailing Edge - Double layer of Triplex triple Ripstop on the trailing edge reduces the weight of the kite compared to traditionally used heavyweight materials. At the same time it creates even tension of the trailing edge and reduces flap. A smooth minimalistic solution with weight saving and increased product longevity.
• Eco Packaging - We are extremely proud to have over 98% of our product packaging from recycled paper. In the last few years we have been working hard on this and have replaced almost all plastic packaging with paper. All kites and boards have zero plastic packaging and come in recyclable boxes.
• Airlock Valve - The Airlock valve brings easy and quick inflation & deflation of the kite. For added convenience the pump hose connects under the valve with a simple half twist motion and stays securely connected during the whole inflation process.
• Reinforced Cross LE Seam - Each panel of the leading has a reinforced LE seam with an extra layer of heavy duty dacron. This makes up for four total dacron layers on the seam in horizontal direction. This reinforcement does not cross the vertical seams, as these already have four layers of dacron which save weight and creates even load distribution on all leading edge seams.
• Back Line Attach Points - We moved the back lines attach points directly to the leading edge of the kite. The new attach point position puts less pressure on the canopy and creates a much more direct response and faster turning of the kite.
• Arptex - Arptex sits at the top of abrasion resistant polyamide textiles. This high tech fabric made in Italy can handle plenty of abuse without getting damaged. The official number is 100 000 contacts with abrasive surface before the material starts deteriorating. This is why we selected Arptex as the most suitable material to protect CrazyFly kites in the most abused areas and increase the size of the Arptex Shields.

Crazyfly 2023 Chill Foil Deck - Allround Foiling Fun

Chill is an easy to ride low volume allround foil board suitable for beginners and intermediate riders. With its compact size, high nose, and speed rocker, it provides good surface area for early planning and will get you up on the foil in no time. Concave deck provides easy handling of the board while the full deck footpad comes in handy for traction and safety during wipeouts.
